Stakeholder Input Surveys
Between today and May 1st, 2015 we will be administering stakeholder input surveys in our district. The purpose is to gather your input about teachers, principals, and schools. All parents/ guardians and all students third grade and older and will be invited to participate. Student surveys will be administered at each school. Responses are anonymous and no personal information will be collected. Results will be given to teachers and administrators and used to improve schools. The surveys is short, taking less than 10 minutes to complete.

If you do not have a computer, please contact the school to determine if you can take the survey at the school. Also, you can take it on any public computer, such as those available at a public library, or you can use your student’s computer to take the survey if they have been provided a computer
Encuestas para Padres
Empezando hoy hasta el 1 de mayo 2015 estaremos administrando encuestas en nuestro distrito. El propósito es para recibir información acerca de los maestros, directores y escuelas. Todos los padres y estudiantes en el tercer grado y superiores serán invitados a participar. Encuestas para los estudiantes serán administrados en cada escuela. Las respuestas son anónimas. Los resultados se darán a los maestros y administradores que lo utilizarán para mejorar las escuelas. La encuesta soló tomará 10 minutos para completar.

Online Registration for Kindergarten 2015-2016
If you have a child that will be five on or before September 1, 2015, your child will be eligible to begin kindergarten in the fall. Please use the link below to complete the online registration process with Infosnap.

The JRES 5th Grade will be holding their Biennial Book Sale for Charity May 19-21, 2015! 100% of the proceeds will go directly to a local charity!
We only have about 8 weeks to collect your gently used books. Please drop off your donations beginning Monday, April 13, (after Spring Break)
in the JRES 5th Grade Hallway. Be looking for more information about the sale in the coming weeks.

Contact the counselor or counseling department for a tour and basic school information. Contact main office or counseling office for registration information.
Registration process includes providing secretary/registrar with the following REQUIRED documents:
- current immunizations
- vision screening for kindergarten students
- proof of residency is required every year - Proof of Residency
- guardianship papers
- name/address/phone/fax or school last attended
- copy of student's birth certificate
Registration is not complete until the above information is provided to the school
Once all information is received and you are living in the district, your student will be entered into our database/scheduling system
Transferring from Charters: Weilenmann School of Discovery or The Winter Sports School
Per district policy, if you currently live within the district boundary, and your student is currently attending Weilenmann School of Discovery or The Winter Sports School, and you would like them to enroll in Park City School District for the 2014-2015 school year, you must notify the district in writing no later than June 30, 2014 of your intention to enroll your student. After June 30, 2014, you must complete an Open Enrollment form at the district office, and approval will be based on space availability.
Our goal is to move vehicles through the procedure quickly, but not at the expense of safety. It will take several minutes to get in and out of our parking lot, and it all moves more quickly when everyone follows the procedures.
Please remember that at any time, and especially before and after school, there may be children in the parking lot. Drive slowly and without distractions.
The Headquarters for Drop-off and Pick-up is the HAWK’S NEST. Although the front door may seem to be most convenient, the Hawk’s Nest is where we have adult supervision from 7:50 – 8:10, and from 3:05 – 3:20. During these times, please use the HAWK’S NEST exclusively for drop-off and pick-up.
Children may enter and exit vehicles at the curb. There are FIVE designated spaces. Please have them use the passenger side of the car only. There will be no drop-off or pick-up from the driving lane. If you choose to park in the parking lot and walk your children to the Hawk’s Nest, cross only at the crosswalks. Please model proper behavior for our children.
Due to the presence of busses entering and exiting the oval, we cannot allow students to be dropped-off or picked-up on Bluebird Lane.
