Dual Language Registration for SY 16/17 is now open!
The online registration for next year's first grade Dual Language Immersion program is now open. The information is in English and Spanish, and parents will receive confirmation of registration once they submit the document. Parents who need assistance completing the form may complete the registration at their neighborhood school.
Deadline was February 12th if you wish you student to be put on a wait list, please call 435-645-5600.

Registration Information for New Families
Contact the counselor or counseling department for a tour and basic school information. Contact main office or counseling office for registration information.
Registration process includes providing secretary/registrar with the following REQUIRED documents:
- current immunizations
- vision screening for kindergarten students
- proof of residency is required every year - Proof of Residency
- guardianship papers
- name/address/phone/fax or school last attended
- copy of student's birth certificate
Registration is not complete until the above information is provided to the school
Once all information is received and you are living in the district, your student will be entered into our database/scheduling system
Transferring from Charters: Weilenmann School of Discovery or The Winter Sports School
Per district policy, if you currently live within the district boundary, and your student is currently attending Weilenmann School of Discovery or The Winter Sports School, and you would like them to enroll in Park City School District for the 2014-2015 school year, you must notify the district in writing no later than June 30, 2014 of your intention to enroll your student. After June 30, 2014, you must complete an Open Enrollment form at the district office, and approval will be based on space availability.
Our goal is to move vehicles through the procedure quickly, but not at the expense of safety. It will take several minutes to get in and out of our parking lot, and it all moves more quickly when everyone follows the procedures.
Please remember that at any time, and especially before and after school, there may be children in the parking lot. Drive slowly and without distractions.
The Headquarters for Drop-off and Pick-up is the HAWK’S NEST. Although the front door may seem to be most convenient, the Hawk’s Nest is where we have adult supervision from 7:50 – 8:10, and from 3:05 – 3:20. During these times, please use the HAWK’S NEST exclusively for drop-off and pick-up.
Children may enter and exit vehicles at the curb. There are FIVE designated spaces. Please have them use the passenger side of the car only. There will be no drop-off or pick-up from the driving lane. If you choose to park in the parking lot and walk your children to the Hawk’s Nest, cross only at the crosswalks. Please model proper behavior for our children.
Due to the presence of busses entering and exiting the oval, we cannot allow students to be dropped-off or picked-up on Bluebird Lane.
