Jeremy Ranch Parent Teacher Conferences will be October 1 - 12, 2018
To give greater flexibility in scheduling parent/teacher conferences, Jeremy Ranch has now made conference schedules available online. Parent online sign up will start September 26 and run until midnight October 1. Parents will have the opportunity to access their teachers’ conference calendars and schedule a convenient conference time. If you have not made an appointment by October 1, 2018, teachers will pick a time for you and notify you in a take-home note or email just prior to the conference period.
The school welcomes you to come in and use one of our computers if you do not have internet access at home or work. Alternatively, you may access the internet via the computers at your local library.
Please be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to efficiently schedule your appointments. Remember, the appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be receiving the easy to follow instructions from your child’s teacher. Thanks…

New Student Registration for 2018-2019 School Year
New Student Registration is for students who are NEW to the Park City School District or former students who are returning after having withdrawn from a district school. Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1 to enroll in Kindergarten, and may not be older than 18 as of September 1to enroll at Park City High School (per State law, no exceptions). Please complete the online registration before contacting the school to complete your student’s enrollment.

(DO NOT use these links if you are RISING to the next school level or you PRE-ENROLLED last spring–you are ALREADY ENROLLED. Your school will provide you with a “snapcode” in August to complete the Returning Student Registration–see previous section.)
Required for New Student enrollment: Students will NOT start school until the online registration is complete AND the Registrar or School Secretary has received ALL required documents. It is the parent’s responsibility to provide the school with the following documents at the time of enrollment.
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record (child must meet Utah’s immunization requirements)
- Proof of Residency
- Guardianship Papers (if parents are divorced or student is not living with a parent)
JRES Parking Lot Procedures for Drop-off and Pick-up
Our goal is to move vehicles through the procedure quickly, but not at the expense of safety. It will take several minutes to get in and out of our parking lot, and it all moves more quickly when everyone follows the procedures.
Please remember that at any time, and especially before and after school, there may be children in the parking lot. Drive slowly and without distractions.
The Headquarters for Drop-off and Pick-up is the HAWK’S NEST. Although the front door may seem to be most convenient, the Hawk’s Nest is where we have adult supervision from 7:50 – 8:10, and from 3:05 – 3:20. During these times, please use the HAWK’S NEST exclusively for drop-off and pick-up.
Children may enter and exit vehicles at the curb. There are FIVE designated spaces. Please have them use the passenger side of the car only. There will be no drop-off or pick-up from the driving lane. If you choose to park in the parking lot and walk your children to the Hawk’s Nest, cross only at the crosswalks. Please model proper behavior for our children.
Due to the presence of busses entering and exiting the oval, we cannot allow students to be dropped-off or picked-up on Bluebird Lane.
