Screenings
School screenings are not intended to diagnose, but rather to identify students needing further evaluation by a Healthcare Provider.
Vision Screening
Per Utah Law (UCA 53G-9-404) vision screening is provided yearly for all students in grades pre-K, K, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th. If a student does not pass the screening, a referral letter will be mailed home.
School vision screening is not a substitute for a complete eye exam and vision evaluation by an eye care professional.

Scoliosis
